Job summary

The Recovery Village in Morristown, NJ is hiring a Community Outreach Sales Associate to connect people with life-changing care and build a rewarding, long-term career in a relationship-driven role.

You will manage and grow a territory of referral partners, build trusted relationships in behavioral healthcare, drive admissions through ethical outreach, represent a nationally recognized treatment organization, and maintain ongoing communication with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management.

Requirements What We?re Looking For

• Bachelor?s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required
• Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
• Valid driver?s license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards
