Our growing restoration business, ServiceMaster by GBS, is hiring a Dual Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with both commercial customers and local insurance agency partners.
This role combines business development, account management, and community relationship building. You will work with insurance professionals and commercial property decision‑makers to establish service agreements, conduct site visits, and ensure customers are prepared in the event of property damage. You will work directly with property managers, facility leaders, insurance professionals, and other community partners. Your goal is to understand their needs, offer practical solutions, and become a trusted resource before and during emergencies.

Relevant experience may include military service, volunteer leadership, operations coordination, logistics, emergency response, or civilian sales roles.
Equivalent military training, certifications, or experience will be considered.
Base salary: $60,000–80,000 per year + Commission
Commission paid on completed and collected work generated by the salesperson.
