About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader who leverages genuine connections to amplify impact, drive revenue, spark transformation, and strengthen relationships.

Company Overview: You will work under a new division of KLUTCH MFM, selling an innovative AI software product to companies across the United States.

Note: If you proceed, the next step involves a role play with a bot, where you'll demonstrate selling the actual product.

We are hiring TWO BDRs for an exciting AI software product. You will report directly to our Director of Client Relations to help scale a new sales tech category that's impressing sales leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in closing mid-market and enterprise deals in a high-growth environment.
  • Sell a category-defining product that enhances sales performance with AI coaching.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A problem-solving hunter who enjoys helping customers.
  • Eager to influence sales strategy at an early-stage startup.
  • Ambitious to grow and handle enterprise deals plus leadership roles.
  • Experience selling to B2B mid-market/enterprise sales organizations is a plus.
