Join us as a Business Development Representative. Your focus will be on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales team to drive new revenue for BMC.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to customers, and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Identify target accounts and engage decision makers with compelling outreach.
  • Participate in enablement and training programs to enhance skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing on campaigns and messaging.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Alignment with BMC values.
  • Business awareness, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
