A leading company in home care is seeking a Home Care Acquisition Manager to drive partnerships with high-value agencies. The role involves managing a portfolio, presenting sales pitches, and ensuring onboarding success. Ideal candidates should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment.
The Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs) are responsible for signing strategic high value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network.The position is key to our success by ensuring that we have the right home care agencies in each market to handle all of our referral needs.
The HCAM must reach out to their target portfolio of home care agencies and present a personalized sales presentation on the immediate value that APFM can bring to their agency. The HCAM may need to work with other departments to drive success most frequently our Onboarding Specialists Success Managers and Care Advisors.
