Job summary

Sunny Somewhere Seattle is seeking driven sales professionals to build a recurring book of business. You will contact local business owners by phone, email, and in person, explain how AI is changing local marketing, and show how our services can help them appear in search platforms like Google and ChatGPT.

You’ll earn a 30% commission on every account you close, plus 20% recurring every month the client stays, and $50 for qualified appointments.

Businesses are beginning to realize something: If AI doesn’t understand their business, they may not show up in the answer.

WHAT WE DO

Sunny Somewhere Seattle has been in business for two years helping local businesses get discovered online.

We help businesses improve their visibility through:

• AI search optimization and AEO
• SEO
• Google Ads
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Website optimization
• Schema and structured data
• Local search strategy

We help businesses make it easier for Google, ChatGPT, and other search platforms to understand who they are, what they offer, and when they should be recommended.

And businesses are buying it.

Our founder is currently earning more than $150,000 annually selling these services using the same offer and sales process we will teach you.

Now we’re building the sales team.

BUILD A BOOK OF RECURRING BUSINESS

This is not a one time sale where you get paid once and start back at zero the next month.

When you bring in a client and that client stays with Sunny Somewhere, you continue earning recurring commission from that account.

Our clients typically stay with us for around two years, which means one good sale can continue paying you month after month.

Then you add another client. And another.

Your book of business grows. Your recurring monthly commission grows. And your commission is uncapped.

COMPENSATION

• 30% commission on every account you close
• 20% recurring commission every month that client stays with us
• $50 for qualified appointments that happen
• Uncapped commission

There is no traditional base salary. This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

This opportunity is built for someone who wants their income tied directly to what they produce and wants the ability to build recurring monthly income instead of constantly starting over.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN AI EXPERT

We’ll teach you. You’ll learn:

• How AI search is changing local marketing
• How to explain AEO and AI visibility to business owners
• How to identify businesses that need our services
• How to start the conversation
• How to present the opportunity
• How to handle objections
• How to close business and build your client base

You’ll get access to our scripts, presentations, real client examples, sales process, and direct coaching from the founder.

We are not handing you a product and telling you to figure it out. We’re teaching you the same process we already use to sell it.

WHAT YOUR JOB LOOKS LIKE

You’ll connect with local business owners through calling, emailing, social media, networking, referrals, and in person conversations.

Your job is to help business owners understand one simple thing: The way customers search is changing. Their marketing needs to change with it.

Then you show them how Sunny Somewhere can help.
