Hiring Experienced National Business Development Representative – Addiction Treatment

Location: Remote (U.S.-Based, Nationwide)

Facility Type: Medical Detox, Inpatient, and Outpatient Addiction Treatment Centers (OON Provider)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000+ (Base + Performance-Based Bonuses | Negotiable based on experience and KPI performance)

Position Overview:

We are building a high-level, nationwide Business Development team and are seeking experienced professionals with a proven book of business in the behavioral health and addiction treatment space. This is not a position for someone who depends on internal referrals or call center leads. We’re looking for closers—people who already have strong referral relationships and can directly drive admissions to our facilities across California, Texas, and beyond.

If you know how to bring in qualified clients to medical detox, residential (RTC), and outpatient programs, and want to grow with a company that values performance, transparency, and impact—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

•Leverage your existing referral network to drive direct client admissions to our OON addiction treatment centers.

•Develop and expand B2B referral relationships with interventionists, hospitals, therapists, clinicians, and other programs nationwide.

•Collaborate with internal Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure seamless client intake and placement.

•Work remotely while maintaining weekly KPI metrics tied to admissions performance.

•Travel occasionally to our corporate locations for team meetings (approx. once a month).

•Represent the organization with integrity, professionalism, and clarity about our services and clinical outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

•3+ years of proven business development or client acquisition experience in the addiction treatment or behavioral healthcare space.

•An existing book of business or referral network that drives client admissions.

•Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed monthly KPI/ goals.

•Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and execute without micromanagement.

•Experience with EMRs and CRM systems (e.g., Kipu, Salesforce) preferred.

•Excellent communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.

•Salary: $80,000 – $120,000+ depending on experience and production history
