We're growing the sales team at Moore Group, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative who can help us open the right doors.
Moore Group is an eight-figure, retailer-first Amazon partner that works with consumer brands to build and grow their business on the marketplace. We buy inventory, sell it ourselves, and handle the strategy, advertising, listings, forecasting, logistics, and channel execution behind it. Think less agency, more outsourced Amazon department/Investor with real skin in the game.
We want someone hungry.
Someone who likes figuring things out, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and gets a little obsessed with finding the right way into an account.
Someone who sees a brand they want to work with and starts thinking:
This is a role for someone with a bias toward action.
You won't be expected to wait around for someone to tell you every move to make. We'll give you the tools, training, support, and coaching, but we want someone who can take ownership of a goal and go figure out how to get there.
Some previous business development or sales experience is preferred. Bonus if you've worked for or sold into consumer brands, ecommerce, CPG, wholesale, Amazon, or a similar brand-side commercial environment. If you're hungry and a natural go-getter, we encourage you to apply.
That said, experience alone isn't what will make someone successful here. We care just as much about how you think, how you work, and the kind of energy you bring to the role.
We're looking for someone who is:
We especially like people with a clear why behind what they're doing.
We're not interested in activity for activity's sake. Twenty emails sent isn't a win if nothing moved. Success means creating conversations, finding the right people, opening doors, building relationships, booking qualified meetings, learning why accounts move or don't move, and constantly getting better at doing it.
You’ll have support and coaching, but you’ll also have room to operate.
We're building a sales culture around ownership, urgency, curiosity, accountability, and winning. We want someone who is excited to help build that with us.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Preference for candidates based in Wisconsin, Illinois, or New Mexico .
