This role is remote-friendly only within Boston or Greater Boston and San Diego.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospecting new leads (outbound) and creating strong first impressions with potential customers and partners while building a pipeline for account executives and senior management.
- Following up and qualifying inbound requests via telephone and email, assessing scientific and business fit.
- Organizing, categorizing, and prioritizing sales leads in CRM and measuring lead conversion and performance against quota.
- Becoming an expert in the features, benefits, and applications of BioRender’s software.
- Leveraging prospecting tools to research companies and identify key stakeholders at new accounts.
- Developing customized pitches for different target accounts and personas.
- Working with Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision-makers.
- Collaborating with field marketing and sales teams to drive attendance at BioRender events such as executive dinners and happy hours.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 1 year of prior experience as a BDR in a SaaS environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with cold calling and reaching out to new contacts.
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to go beyond strict job responsibilities.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals with high achievement.
- Willingness to work during EST business hours.
- A bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry) is a plus.
