Role Overview:

As a Client Success Associate, you will play a key role in driving our growth by generating leads, securing meetings, and onboarding new customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting outreach to potential clients to schedule meetings and introduce our services.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  3. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers.
  4. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  5. Generating and qualifying leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  6. Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospects, providing them with insights into our offerings.
  7. Successfully onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a seamless transition to our services.
  8. Tracking and reporting on sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  9. Working closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in the tech industry is a plus).
  2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  5. A passion for technology and helping businesses succeed online.

Compensation:

  1. Competitive commission structure based on meeting attendance, successful onboarding, and retention.
  2. Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly onboarding targets.
