Chestnut Health Company is a growing healthcare organization providing specialized Physical Medicine and Rehab services. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This is a on-site focused on expanding our network of contracted facilities across Illinois and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to facilities via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Present the value of our on-site physiatry services to administrators and decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with facility leadership and identify decision-makers for service contracts.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, progress, and contacts using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support contract finalization and provider scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cold calling, business development, or sales
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry: hospitals and post-acute care settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow up consistently.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
