We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and prospect engagement. In this role, you will identify potential clients, build early relationships with key decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

This role offers a strong foundation for growth into Account Executive, Sales Leadership, or other revenue-focused roles based on performance and development.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $56,800 to $71,000 + commission (role has a 60/40 pay mix). Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position is eligible to participate in a commission plan. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, and 401k.
