Business Development Representative (BDR) / Appointment Setter

We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) / Appointment Setter to join our team. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy talking to people, and want to be part of a high-growth company making waves in the franchising space, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to franchise owners and small business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into scheduled appointments for our Sales Team.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Identify decision-makers and uncover pain points related to recruiting and staffing needs.
  • Craft personalized messaging to engage prospects and book meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Hit or exceed weekly targets for calls, emails, and booked meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ year(s) experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or appointment setting role (bonus points for experience in recruiting or franchising!).
  • Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and clear in writing.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (we use Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and hungry to learn and grow.
  • Professional, persistent, and able to handle objections with ease.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
