Job summary

Serenus Outpatient Detox in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to expand referral networks and grow access to outpatient detox services.

You will build and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners across Northeast Florida and drive strategies to expand patient access to ASAM Level 2.7 programs. This is a full-time role centered in Jacksonville with competitive compensation.

• Experience in business development in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare.
• Established referral relationships preferred.

• Established referral relationships preferred

• Passion for helping individuals access quality addiction treatment
• Experience as a case manager, peer support specialist, or in a similar behavioral health role is a plus
• Personal or family experience with recovery is also a plus
