Job summary

Yoso Recruiting is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to build referral networks for a dual-diagnosis inpatient behavioral health program in Florida. The role focuses on hospitals, treatment centers, and community partners, with travel across the Gulf Coast.

You will conduct meetings, presentations, and events to raise program awareness, collaborate with admissions and leadership, and represent the organization professionally at industry events.

Qualifications

• Previous business development experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder, or mental health treatment preferred.
• Established referral relationships in Fort Myers and surrounding Gulf Coast markets strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Understanding of inpatient behavioral health treatment and insurance payer models preferred.
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable with regional travel.

Our facility specializes in treating individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. The program accepts commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare and is in-network (INN) with several major commercial insurance providers.
