We are seeking motivated and experienced Freelance Sales / Commercial Representatives to promote and sell our range of services in the United States. This is a contractor / freelancer role with a performance-based compensation model. You will earn attractive commissions based on the profits from the services you successfully sell. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with an existing client base and a proven track record in selling HR and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sell Acute Talent’s Services : Promote our core solutions including Headhunting, Staffing, Project-Based Staffing, and HR Consulting to businesses across various industries.
  • Leverage Existing Client Base : Utilize your existing network of clients to generate leads and close deals efficiently.
  • Close Projects Successfully : Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize your commission earnings.
  • Maintain Relationships : Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, staffing, or related professional solutions.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in selling similar services with an established client portfolio.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Language : Fluent in English. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
