Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced GTM Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity space. As a BDR, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the cybersecurity market through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and position them effectively to prospects.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding lead generation targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a cybersecurity or tech startup environment.
  • Familiarity with GTM strategies and sales processes in the cybersecurity space.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning about new technologies and cybersecurity trends.
