The Role

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and outbound-obsessed Business Development Representative to help fuel Aspire's growth engine. This role focuses on creating pipeline, identifying high-potential accounts, executing strategic outreach, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

As a BDR, you'll partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to refine outbound strategies, test new messaging, and ensure Aspire engages with the right decision-makers. This is a high-impact role with clear performance metrics and a structured pathway to grow into an Account Executive position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify high-fit DTC and B2C brands and agencies aligned with our ICP. Maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
  2. Cold Outreach: Execute and refine outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate conversations and schedule qualified meetings.
  3. Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit, understand brand goals, and prepare AEs with relevant context.
  4. Account Strategy: Collaborate to prioritize target accounts and refine messaging to address market pain points.
  5. Optimization: Analyze response and conversion data to improve outreach tactics.
  6. Skill Development: Enhance sales skills through coaching, shadowing, and feedback, with a clear path to promotion.
Qualifications

  6. Bonus: Experience with SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing tech sales, and outbound campaigns.

Compensation

The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, plus commissions. Final offers depend on experience, location, and other factors. We use a market-based approach for compensation and share salary ranges transparently.
