West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a Business Development Representative for San Bernardino to grow our field sales footprint. This role involves traveling across the territory to build referral networks, educate partners, and deliver top-tier service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare sales, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a solid business acumen. The position is on the road with full-time hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare entities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop a large sales territory.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and travel.
• Familiarity with post-acute sales environment and wound care services.
• Strong business and sales acumen.

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a Business Development Representative for San Bernardino. This is a field sales position, not remote.

Requirements:

• 3-to-5-year successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare related entities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing referral relationships throughout assigned sales territory

Must have reliable means of transportation and ability to spend most of the time travelling throughout assigned sales territory

Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Comprehensive performance incentive bonus + commissions
• Expected first year earnings at plan 95-100k

Schedule:

• 40 hr week / 8 hour day
• Monday to Friday normal business hours
