West Coast Wound & Skin Care in Farmington, NM, is seeking a Business Development Representative for a taxable field sales role that travels within the territory. This position is not remote and requires reliable transportation for extensive travel.

You will build referral networks with healthcare facilities, educate customers through in-services, and drive growth with a base salary plus commissions. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, with first-year earnings at or near plan targets.

Requirements:

• 3-to-5-year successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare related entities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and manage a large sales territory
• Familiarity with post-acute sales environment and specifically wound care services
• Strong business and sales acumen

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing referral relationships throughout assigned sales territory
• Scheduling and conducting educational in-services
• Providing the highest level of customer service
• Participation in regular team meetings to review business development goals and progress
• Ability to contribute to a strong company culture

Must have reliable means of transportation and ability to spend most of the time traveling throughout assigned sales territory.

Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Comprehensive performance incentive bonus + commissions
• Expected first year earnings at plan 95-100k

Schedule:

• 40 hr week / 8 hour day
• Monday to Friday normal business hours
