Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Phoenix seeks an experienced Provider Relations lead to become the trusted local voice for pediatricians, schools, and referral partners. You will build genuine, lasting relationships across the Phoenix area to drive families starting care and ensure timely access to ABA services.

As the face of The Treetop, you will lead outreach, coordinate with intake and clinical teams, and manage a territory with frequent in-market travel.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA industry hands-on experience.
• Existing connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools or referral sources in Phoenix.
• Relationship-driven approach with ability to convert relationships to referrals.
• Must live within commuting distance of Phoenix with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners in the Phoenix area.
• Represent The Treetop ABA in person at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings.
• Drive completed intakes by turning provider trust into families starting care.
• Respond quickly to referrals to minimize wait times for families.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care.
• Identify new outreach angles and untapped networks, including Phoenix's military community.
• Keep activity and relationships organized and logged to measure effectiveness.

We're looking for an experienced Provider Relations professional who already knows this world: someone who walks in with existing relationships across the pediatric, behavioral health, and special‑needs community in the Phoenix area, and knows how to turn those relationships into families served. This is a role for a proven connector who can hit the ground running, not learn the industry from scratch.

Your Mission

As our Provider Relations lead in Phoenix, you'll be the face of The Treetop, the trusted local voice that pediatricians, schools, behavioral health providers, and referral partners know and rely on. You'll open doors, build genuine relationships, and make sure that when a provider has a child who needs ABA, we're the first name they think of and the one they trust to take great care of that family.
On this journey, you will:

• Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Phoenix area
• Represent The Treetop in person, at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings
• Drive completed intakes: own the relationships that turn provider trust into families starting care
• Respond fast to incoming referrals so no family waits
• Work hand in hand with our intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care
• Find new outreach angles and untapped networks, including Phoenix's large military community
• Keep your activity and relationships organized and logged so we can see what's working

Requirements

What You Bring

• ABA experience required. You've worked in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations, and you understand how referrals and diagnosis-to-service actually work
• Existing relationships. You come with established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the Phoenix market, the kind that let you generate referrals from day one
• A relationship-driven mindset. You know which relationships matter most, and you spend your time where it converts
• Location: Must live within commuting distance of Phoenix and know the local community
• Mobility: Reliable vehicle and comfortable with frequent in‑market and regional travel (mileage reimbursed)
• Independent and organized: You run your own territory like it's your business, and you keep it tight
