Caring Transitions of Parsippany is looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in assisted living, memory care, and senior services to help expand our local network. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with local assisted living, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, and family-law attorneys
• Promote our services and grow a referral network to support seniors during their transitions
• Represent Caring Transitions at local events and meetings to increase brand awareness

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in the senior services community (assisted living, memory care, etc.) preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates willing to learn
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Organized, results-driven, and familiar with CRM tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
