We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) ready to take on the world of technology sales. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend days hunting for new business opportunities, shaking hands at networking events, and closing the loop with key decision-makers. Main responsibilities are prospecting and lead generation, networking and relationship building, lead qualification, track interaction with leads, partner with our marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies, brainstorm new ideas, and keep the sales funnel full of opportunities. Your input matters here!

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a background in technology or MSPs—but if you're passionate about tech and a quick learner, we're open to other industries, too.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can talk tech and translate it into business value.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (like Salesforce and HubSpot) to track leads and progress.
