Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify potential hospital clients, focusing on trauma program managers and registrars. Use various prospecting methods, including account based 1:1 warm email campaigns, and social selling, to develop relationships and generate leads.

Outbound Outreach: Conduct outreach via 1:1 email, phone calls, to engage potential clients, introduce NQS’s solutions, and qualify interest.

Qualify Leads: Use consultative selling skills to understand prospects’ pain points, assess their needs, and qualify leads for further engagement by the Trauma Product Specialist AE.

Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for the AE team. Ensure a smooth handoff by providing relevant prospect information and insights.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system. Track and report on lead generation activities and results.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about trends in trauma care and hospital operations to effectively communicate NQS’s value proposition.

Collaboration: Work closely with the AE team to strategize and improve outreach efforts. Share feedback and insights gathered during outreach to optimize the sales process.

Requirements:

Experience: Knowledge of Trauma registry programs and hospital operations, minimum of 1-2 years in a sales development, lead generation, or related role. Experience in healthcare or B2B/SaaS sales is a plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and articulating the value of a complex product.

Driven and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to meet and exceed lead generation targets.

Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HubSpot CRM software and sales engagement tools. Quick to learn and use new technologies.

Collaborative Spirit: Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the success of the AE team and the company as a whole.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based incentives.

Remote work opportunities to support work-life balance.

Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.

Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a mission-driven organization.
