Barrington James in Downtown Raleigh is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for an office-based role. It offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and targets professionals transitioning into commissioned recruitment within pharma, life sciences, or biotech.

You will build networks, manage end-to-end recruitment, and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates while working with senior leaders to place candidates in senior roles.

This is an office-based position in our Downtown Raleigh location.

Applicants must be within a commutable distance of Downtown Raleigh or planning to relocate in order to be considered.

This role is slated to interview immediately and start in Late September 2026

Who you’ll work with:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in a vertical market within the recession-resistant Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotech industries, working alongside expert recruiters and hands‑on executive leadership to grow new business and successfully place candidates in senior-level roles. You will receive tailored sales and recruitment training that best matches your learning style and helps you take your sales career to the next level.
