Compensation: $40K base salary + uncapped commission

You’ll work alongside a top 1% biller globally, known for consistently delivering at the highest level and developing high-performing recruiters.

About the Role:

We’re hiring entry‑level and early‑career professionals with sales or customer‑facing experience to join our team as Recruiters focused on the Medical Device industry.

This is a 180 recruiter role, where you’ll focus on building relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process, and developing expertise in a high‑growth, recession‑resistant market.

No prior recruiting experience required. Training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Source and connect with candidates in the Medical Device space
• Build relationships with sales reps, clinical specialists, and engineers
• Manage candidates through interviews and offers
• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
• Partner with senior recruiters on active roles
• Typical first-year earnings: $70K-$100K+ (base + commission)
• Top performers: $150K+ as you progress
• Fully paid medical, dental, and vision
• 401(k) with 7% match (after year one)
