Barrington James in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our commission-based sales team. You will manage your own desk, recruit direct hire candidates for our clients, and build a strong network of candidates and employers.

This office-based role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and a clear path to high earnings. Applicants must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate; interviews begin immediately with start in Late September 2026.

This is an office-based position in our Midtown Manhattan location.

Who you'll work with:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in a vertical market within the recession-resistant Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotech industries, working alongside expert recruiters and hands‑on executive leadership to grow new business and successfully place candidates in senior‑level roles. You will receive tailored sales and recruitment training that best matches your learning style and helps you take your sales career to the next level.
