Location: Must be located in Massachusetts, remote role when not in the territory.

Job Description

As a Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Sales Representative, you will play an important role in growing and maintaining relationships with medical providers. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, client education, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the PIP revenue recovery process. You will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and supporting existing ones through each step of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales techniques to develop new business (using internal lists, creative outreach strategies, in-person visits, cold/warm calls and emails, LinkedIn, networking events, social media outreach).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to determine and forecast sales potential in person in the territory. Remote when not in the field.
  • Attend trade shows or industry events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success with quotas and new business development.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare sectors.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range determined by experience between $60,000 - $80,000, with an expected OTE of $150,000+ by year 2.
  • Variable compensation includes amounts per settled claims and new provider incentives.
  • Employer covers 100% of employee’s medical insurance.
  • Supplemental plans include dental, vision, and disability insurance.
  • Safe Harbor 401(k): 4% company match.
  • Travel allowance provided as needed for role requirements.
