Job description

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (East Coast preferred)

Experience Required: 2+ years professional experience

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Sales Development Manager

About The Role

We’re looking for a resilient, driven, and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth. This role is ideal for someone who faces challenges head-on, responding confidently to market difficulties.

You will focus on the US market, which is a key strategic priority for RedSift. Having secured major clients like Cisco and ZoomInfo, we now aim to expand further.

As the front line of our sales team, you will identify and engage potential customers, build early relationships, and qualify opportunities to convert into long-term clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.

What You’ll Do
  1. Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts strategically.
  2. Engage accounts proactively via outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  3. Qualify inbound interest and efficiently route it through the sales funnel.
  4. Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their pain points.
  5. Book meetings and create a pipeline for our Account Executives.
  6. Track engagement, activity, and outcomes in our CRM and sales tools.
  7. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
  8. Act as the first ambassador of the Red Sift brand to new prospects.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
