Job summary

The Recovery Village in Houston is seeking a Community Outreach Sales Associate to manage a territory of referral partners, build consultative relationships, and drive admissions through ethical outreach.

You will represent a nationally recognized treatment organization, maintain proactive communication with sources, and contribute to a high-impact, relationship-driven sales career in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and company insurance standards.
