Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Business Development Representative (Chinese Speaking) to drive growth in the German biotechnology market. You will build relationships with top scientists and biopharma partners.

Based in Germany, travel will be required. You will attend trade shows, support branding efforts, and collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote offerings.

Qualifications

• PhD in bioscience or equivalent field.
• Strong background in biopharmaceutical science with willingness to move into a commercial role.
• Experience networking with top scientists from biotech/biopharma.
• Willingness to travel; candidate must be based in Germany.

Job description

An exciting position has arisen for a Business Development Representative (Chinese Speaking) for the German Market to join a leading biotechnology company with hubs across Germany and an international presence. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's presence in the German market.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 1. Master the science and business skills in the fields of immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, and preclinical pharmacology.
2. 2. Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore business opportunities, manage negotiations, and secure contracts.
3. 3. Attend trade shows and relevant conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
4. 4. Support the Marketing Team in branding and building awareness in the marketplace.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1. Relevant degree in bioscience, preferably a PhD.
2. 2. Proven industry experience in biopharmaceutical science and business (a strong scientific / research background with a willingness to move in to more of a commercial role is as attractive as prior Business Development experience.)
3. 3. A working knowledge and practical experience with networking and engaging with top scientists from biotech and biopharma companies.
4. 4. Willingness to travel (candidate must be based in Germany.)
