Restoration 1 is seeking a Business Development Representative in Frisco, TX for a hybrid remote role, offering a six-figure income potential with growth and a family-oriented culture. You will build relationships, draft strategies and materials, and clearly convey the service to customers while managing expectations.

The role requires strong face-to-face sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Service first! Create and maintain relationships with the customer to implement our service and maximize the customer’s experience.
• Draft blueprints. Develop strategies, presentations, and materials to efficiently onboard customers.
• Tell it like it is. Clearly and effectively communicate all aspects of the service to the customer, while managing expectations.
• Be supportive. Empathy is the word of the day. Walk a mile in the customer’s shoes.
• Manage risk. Effectively manage projects while identifying, communicating, and resolving issues that arise.
• Make friends. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are being met while meeting internal objectives.
