Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time Business Development Representative position in Warrensburg, MO. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and introduce our restoration solutions, serving as the friendly first impression for potential customers.

Compensation includes a starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities. Strong local travel within the area is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage.
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods.
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and build genuine rapport with homeowners.
• Introduce Legacy Restoration's restoration solutions to potential customers.
• Schedule appointments for the Closing Sales Representatives and set the customer tone.

What Are the Hours?

This Is a Full-time Role With The Following Schedule

• Winter: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-3 pm
• Summer: Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm

What Does Your Day Entail?

As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Legacy provides.
