We’re looking for a Business Development Lead who doesn't just want to "sell" a service, but wants to build a network of partners across Howard and Anne Arundel County who trust us implicitly.

Your Mission

You are the face of our franchise. Your goal is to ensure that every Senior Living Move Manager, Realtor, and Estate Attorney in the area has our number on speed dial.

Key Responsibilities

• The Connector: You’ll spend your days in the community—attending networking events, visiting senior centers, and connecting with local influencers to spread the word about our all-in-one relocation and auction services.
• The Educator: You’ll host presentations and "Lunch & Learns" to show families and professionals how we take the stress out of distress.
• The Strategist: You’ll work directly with ownership to identify new territories for growth and track which relationships are blooming.
• The Closer: You’ll follow up with leads and ensure that when a family needs help, we are the first and only call they make.

Requirements

• People person—dialogue with anyone from CEO to family members, making them feel heard.
• Knowledge of the Howard County and Anne Arundel landscape.
• Self‑motivated—no constant supervision, loves freedom of field work.
• Track record: 2+ years in sales, marketing, or senior living relations (bonus if experience with seniors).
