Business Development Representative

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid-remote)

This role is tailor-made for natural hunters—those who thrive on chasing down new business, uncovering opportunities, and opening doors that others might miss. It requires resilience, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be at the forefront, engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique challenges, and showing how FRAYT can transform their delivery operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU WILL DO

·Prospect and Develop Leads: Identify and engage potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Research target accounts to understand their logistics needs and tailor messaging accordingly.

·Generate Opportunities: Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads by initiating high-level conversations with key decision-makers in various industries. Communicate FRAYT’s value proposition effectively to address client pain points.

·Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with your Director, CSMs, and our Marketing team to strategize on outreach approaches, share market insights, and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified opportunities.

·Maintain CRM Hygiene: Accurately record all prospecting activities and client interactions in Hubspot, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective tracking of sales metrics.

·Quarterback Meetings: Coordinate initial and follow-up meetings with prospects, noting and assigning follow-up action items, and ensuring next steps are followed through.

·Contribute to Sales Strategy: Provide feedback on outreach strategies and market responses to help refine FRAYT’s sales approach and messaging.
