Nasdaq is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Chicago, reporting to the Americas Account Sales Director. You will build the client base across Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Board & Leadership solutions, driving pipeline growth with collaboration and goal-oriented energy.

The role emphasizes prospecting, scheduling meetings, and supporting demonstrations while using CRM to stay organized.

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team, reporting to Americas Account Sales Director. In this role, you'll help shape how we grow our client base across our Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Board & Leadership solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with experienced Sales professionals to identify opportunities and drive pipeline growth across defined territories.
  • Prospect potential clients through calls, emails, and social channels — scheduling meetings and supporting client demonstrations as needed.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

What We Offer

The base pay range for this role is $66,000 - $112,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
