West Coast Wound & Skin Care in Orange County, CA is seeking a Business Development Representative for a non-remote field sales role. You will develop referral relationships, educate healthcare partners, and drive growth within a defined territory.

Requirements:

• 3-to-5-year successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare related entities
• Strong interpersonal skills

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing referral relationships throughout assigned sales territory

Must have reliable means of transportation and ability to spend most of the time travelling throughout assigned sales territory

Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Comprehensive performance incentive bonus + commissions
• Expected first year earnings at plan 95-100k
