Job summary

Premier Ambulance is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand partnerships with hospitals, urgent care centers, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Orange County. Duties include developing and promoting our ambulance services, monitoring activity, and advocating for clients.

Requirements include 1–2 years of sales or business development experience, healthcare background preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Sales/Business Development experience, 1–2 years preferred.
• Ambulance/healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong, vibrant communicator with self-motivation.
• Self-starter & organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Good knowledge of using social media as a business tool.
• High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote ambulance services to hospitals, urgent care centers, clinics, rehab centers and SNFs.
• Track call volume and outcomes from BD activities.
• Advocate for and provide custom service to clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and community organizations.
• Coordinate follow-ups and ongoing marketing via digital media programs.
• Support local operations with recruitment and community events.
• Collaborate with leadership on volume trends, staffing models and initiatives.
• Promote and strengthen the organization’s brand in the community.
