Premier Ambulance in Brea, CA is hiring Ambulance Night Dispatchers for overnight shifts in our Communications Center. You will coordinate emergency and non-emergency ambulance services, dispatch efficiently, and maintain clear, compliant communication with EMTs, hospitals, and staff.

We offer competitive hourly wages ($29.00–$32.27 based on experience), weekly pay, benefits, and paid training. 11-hour shifts with OT after 8 hours are included, with daily overtime and meal period paid.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatch experience (1 year ambulance, EMS, or public safety preferred)
• Strong multitasking and decision making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Dependable and punctual for overnight shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have or obtain a valid EMDR certification or EMT license
• Strong computer skills (1 year typing preferred)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Ambulance Night Dispatchers to coordinate emergency and non-emergency ambulance services during overnight hours. This role is critical to ensuring timely response, accurate communication, and exceptional service to our patients and partner agencies.

HIRING FOR IMMEDIATE OPENINGS in our Brea, CA Communications Center.

Wages ranging from $29.00* (*based on previous Ambulance dispatch experience) and more. Slightly lower pay for dispatchers with no experience.

11 hour shifts with OT paid after 8 hours. Premier pays daily overtime for all hours worked over 8-hours on any given day and yes, your meal period is paid for!
