We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Talon.One’s Sales Development organization. This team plays a key role in identifying and understanding potential customers’ needs and helping them enhance their loyalty and promotion strategies, contributing directly to their business growth.
In this role, you will gain essential skills in managing a sales territory, leveraging data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts, and executing creative email outreach and outbound prospect calls. You will work across industries in the America region, focusing on mid-to-enterprise-level companies spanning sectors such as e-commerce, financial services, and more. You will engage directly with C-level stakeholders (CPOs, CTOs, CMOs) at leading organizations and drive early-stage deal qualification.
This position offers an uncapped commission structure, rewarding your efforts and successes. It is a remote role, but you must be based in Boston to meet with the team as needed, since the majority of the team is located there.
Join a dynamic, international Business Development team at Talon.One, comprising 5 talented professionals across the US and EMEA. Our team focuses on growth and collaboration, driving key deals and expanding our presence across diverse industries. You will report to the Director of Business Development and work alongside BDRs in the US and Germany, as well as Account Executives and Sales Directors in the US. Together, we support and nurture high-value client relationships, helping them succeed with innovative loyalty and promotion strategies.
