ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Talon.One’s Sales Development organization. This team plays a key role in identifying and understanding potential customers’ needs and helping them enhance their loyalty and promotion strategies, contributing directly to their business growth.

In this role, you will gain essential skills in managing a sales territory, leveraging data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts, and executing creative email outreach and outbound prospect calls. You will work across industries in the America region, focusing on mid-to-enterprise-level companies spanning sectors such as e-commerce, financial services, and more. You will engage directly with C-level stakeholders (CPOs, CTOs, CMOs) at leading organizations and drive early-stage deal qualification.

This position offers an uncapped commission structure, rewarding your efforts and successes. It is a remote role, but you must be based in Boston to meet with the team as needed, since the majority of the team is located there.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Join a dynamic, international Business Development team at Talon.One, comprising 5 talented professionals across the US and EMEA. Our team focuses on growth and collaboration, driving key deals and expanding our presence across diverse industries. You will report to the Director of Business Development and work alongside BDRs in the US and Germany, as well as Account Executives and Sales Directors in the US. Together, we support and nurture high-value client relationships, helping them succeed with innovative loyalty and promotion strategies.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
  1. Research accounts strategically and create effective communication plans using multiple channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, video, etc.)
  2. Work alongside top-tier professionals in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships in an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and collaboration
  3. Engage with C-suite decision-makers and discuss their business goals, loyalty and promotions strategies, as well as marketing challenges and opportunities
  4. Work across a wide range of industries within the North America region, expanding your expertise and impact
  5. Access cutting-edge sales and marketing technology, including Salesforce, Gong, Crossbeam, Qualified Chatbot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  6. Meet KPIs such as sourcing and qualifying opportunities, bringing new clients, and achieving outreach and discovery goals
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING:
  • Confidence in making cold calls
  • A results-driven mindset to thrive in goal-oriented environments
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role or high-performance backgrounds (arts, military, sports) is valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for connecting with people
  • Ability to prioritize, research opportunities, and align products with customer needs
  • Motivation by measurable outcomes and KPIs
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to support deal progression
