Infoblox in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Business Development Representative II to build and manage a robust pipeline of net new and existing opportunities through a hybrid inbound/outbound approach. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and wider teams to learn Infoblox’s network and security solutions and drive growth in a fast-growing organization.

You will use AI-assisted tools to enhance research and outreach, set appointments, document activities in Salesforce, and ensure a smooth handoff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 2–4 years in sales development or inside sales.
• Experience in software sales and public sector (SLED) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with inbound/outbound prospecting.
• Record and manage interactions in Salesforce; set appointments aligned with sales capacity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and wider teams to target markets and messaging.
• Prepare briefs with budget, decision-makers, and scope for smooth handoffs.
