Job summary

Three Rivers Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive demand for our behavioral health programs. You will execute the strategic sales plan, nurture key accounts, and travel up to 90% of the time to build relationships with referral partners across eastern South Carolina.

The role emphasizes ethical outreach, brand elevation, and acting as a visible ambassador for the facility and its mission.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, or related field required.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Three years minimum in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Execute the facility's strategic sales plan and drive demand for programs.
• Nurture assigned accounts and territory and build relationships with referral sources.
• Travel 90% regionally and represent the facility with professionalism and enthusiasm.
