Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing in Austin, TX seeks a Business Development professional to drive new sales opportunities through outbound campaigns and events. You will nurture relationships, qualify leads, and coordinate with Marketing to accelerate our sales cycle.

You will maintain awareness of Chamberlin’s offerings and differentiators, engaging stakeholders at all levels and representing the company at networking events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and strong account development skills.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and call control.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; highly organized.
• Proven ability to manage time, multi-task, and work with CRM tools.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting, presentations, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with partners and potential customers.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new customers and projects via direct and indirect prospecting.
• Collaborate with Marketing and BD to implement initiatives.
• Generate business through outbound activity and research companies.
• Qualify inbound leads, prioritize opportunities, and mobilize resources.
• Maintain understanding of Chamberlin’s product offerings and differentiators.
• Nurture prospects via email and face-to-face interactions; track activity in CRM.
• Attend events, tradeshows, webinars, and conferences with Marketing.
• Track sales and assist in reporting and pipeline management.
