Spear Physical Therapy is seeking a physician liaison to drive growth across its Manhattan clinics. This relationship-first business development professional will cultivate referral networks in medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, and the Manhattan community.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience (New Jersey), a bachelor’s degree, and preferred licensure as a PT/OT. Expect 3–4 days of travel weekly and 1–2 days at HQ in a hybrid setup.

The New Jersey Liaison will cultivate referral networks across medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, sports, and the broader Manhattan community. You will not just manage relationships, you will build them, grow them, and translate them into measurable impact.

Organization Structure and Interfaces

• Primary interfaces: Director of Business Development, Physicians, Clinical Directors, Therapist team, VP of Business Development & Marketing
• Reports to: Director of Business Development
• Location: Hybrid with the expectation of:
• 3-4 days traveling in the field per week
• 1-2 days/week at HQ

Position Requirements

• 4+ year of relevant experience in New Jersey
• Bachelor’s degree
• Licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist Preferred
