Job summary

Four Seasons Home Care in New York City is seeking a Marketing/Outreach professional to build referrals and partnerships across the five boroughs. The role focuses on outreach to doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare professionals, while events and materials are developed with our Branding team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or college degree in related business, be comfortable traveling up to 75% within NYC, and may benefit from Spanish or Creole.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or college degree in a related business field preferred.
• Up to 75% travel within New York City; having a car is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish or Creole is preferred.
• Knowledge of NY Medicaid and managed Long Term Care a plus.
• Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Be self-driven with business development goals and the ability to execute plans.
• At least 1-2 years of qualified experience in LHCSA, CHHA, SNF, or ILF.

Responsibilities

• Obtain referrals from existing referral sources; follow up to enroll patients.
• Build strategies to attract new clients in the industry.
• Schedule and present information about Four Seasons programs to community organizations.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract new patients.
• Research and participate in health fairs in NYC; coordinate partnerships.
• Attend community events as needed.
• Develop outreach materials with Branding department.
• Provide monthly reports on outreach efforts.
• Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.
