Meta Resources Group is looking for a well-connected business developer to open new client relationships for us, on a flexible schedule, with pay tied directly to the business you bring in. If you already know the people who buy IT talent and project support, and you'd rather be paid on results than sit through a full-time sales role, this is built for you.
Meta Resources Group (MRG) is a global IT staffing and consulting firm. We help enterprise clients find experienced, hard-to-find talent for their most important technology initiatives.
Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, and we often work alongside the major consulting firms that lead these programs, filling the gaps their own teams can't . We're now expanding into new clients, industries, and technologies.
MRG is owner-led and lean. As our BD partner, you'll work directly with leadership, get quick decisions, and see your introductions turn into placements without layers of approval.
You’ll introduce MRG to IT and business leaders who need specialized contract talent or project support, then hand qualified opportunities to our leadership and recruiting team to close and deliver. Twelve months in, success means at least 3 new client accounts with active placements, a repeatable pipeline you're working each month, and relationships that keep producing repeat orders. You set your own schedule; we expect roughly 15-20 hours a week of focused outreach.
