Job summary

Summit BHC’s Bel Aire Recovery Center in Topeka, Kansas seeks a Business Development Representative to grow referrals from professional sources and manage community outreach. The role focuses on building relationships with military and VA networks and collaborating with the admissions team to streamline patient admissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in healthcare business development/marketing preferred.
• Good understanding of the local market and referral base.
• Organized with strong multitasking and relational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the DBD.
• Maintains sources (business, EAPs, managed care, physicians) and logs contacts in CRM.
• Maintains account information and prepares BD reports.
• Develops new accounts and strategies to increase referrals in competitive markets.
• Represents facility at events and educates referral sources about programs and amenities.
• Manages leads and supports Admissions to ensure smooth admissions.
