Job summary

Principles Recovery Center is seeking an Outreach Representative to grow trusted referral partnerships across Palm Beach County and northern Broward. You will visit hospitals, detox facilities, treatment programs, therapists, and community partners to educate them about PRC’s adult PHP and IOP services and admissions process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development or outreach experience with a substance use treatment provider.
• Familiarity with the Palm Beach and northern Broward treatment community.
• Active professional relationships with behavioral health providers and referral partners.
• Ability to build trust and communicate credibly with clinical and community partners.
• Strong follow-through, organization, and time management in an autonomous field-based role.
• Residence within or near the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a Level 2 background screening.

About the Role

Principles Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Outreach Representative to grow trusted referral partnerships throughout Palm Beach County and northern Broward. You will connect hospitals, detox programs, treatment providers, therapists, and community partners with PRC’s adult substance use and co-occurring mental health services.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the local treatment community, has an established professional network, and believes relationships can create meaningful pathways into recovery.

What We’re Looking For
