Job summary

Iridium seeks a Business Development Operations Analyst to support the Government PNT team by maintaining CRM data, managing Dynamics 365 processes, and delivering visibility into the pipeline. You will partner with BD leaders, prepare pipeline reports, and drive process standardization to enable growth.

The role emphasizes accurate records, proactive data hygiene, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain high-quality forecasting and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in business development or sales operations
• Experience managing CRM, pipeline, and revenue operations
• Ability to develop reports and executive presentations
• Strong cross-functional coordination and priority management
• Understanding of CRM best practices and pipeline management
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platform
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently across multiple professionals

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities)
• Update opportunity information and track engagements to keep pipeline current
• Administer and monitor Government PNT pipeline, forecast timing and status
• Develop and distribute pipeline reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Coordinate follow-up actions, milestones, and meetings for timely execution
• Identify incomplete data, stale opportunities, and data inconsistencies and resolve them
• Standardize CRM processes to improve reporting accuracy and forecasting
• Track lead conversion from conferences, campaigns, and partnerships
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide leadership with accurate pipeline data
• Recommend process improvements to enhance CRM utilization and reporting efficiency
