Digital marketing manager is a job which will be required to work closely with the marketing team in HQ and Japan.

This is a fully remote position and applicants are permitted to work from anywhere.

Roles and Responsibilities for Japan:

1. Business Development:
2. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best deal for TGC.
3. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
4. Support and contribute to business initiatives/projects in Japan.
5. Work closely with CFO/COO and Japan GM to agree on annual budget.
6. Streamline processes to reduce redundancy, collaborating with headquarter and regional teams as required.

1. Operations:
2. Coordinate events (5th anniversary, Sky Assemblies, Village Vanguard) including venue booking and schedule management.
3. Work closely with the US team in record keeping for all legal and business documents to ensure compliance with global policies.
4. Work with the global team and maintain team meetings.
5. Provide support to US finance and US HR team on basic business documents and platforms on the meaning of certain Japanese words and terminologies.
